Made in the Cotswolds, using 100% organic ingredients, this bread is rubust, sweet, flavourful and versatile. This delicious, wheat- bread, is inspired by the welsh bread known as Bara-Brith and is made from gluten-free ingredients, making it the perfect bread alternative while on a gluten-free diet.

Eat it fresh or toasted, Its wholesome sweet fruity flavour will complement any meal and is the perfect snack.

Will keep well in the fridge for a week and is suitable for home freezing

    This bread has been produced without any wheat based ingredients. The sourdough starter is made with a rice flour culture and made with brown rice, casava and buckwheat flour.
